Sellas river springs in the Orolithi mountain near Rado, Karatzas and Benteni villages covering about 20km before it empties into the Argolic bay, through the plateau of Trachea (west of Trachea village) and the Benteni ravine (a unique monument of natural beauty). Two creeks from Didymos Mountain feed into the Sellas river, also known as Rados or Benteni.
Built into the cave above the valley of Iria, the monastery of Agios Dimitrios Aygo is located near Rados river. You can reach the monastery by crossing the fords in the river.Sellas River
