Near the village, in a cave in Dimiova, earthen idols were found dated from the early classical years (5th century BC). In the village you will also find the chapel of Aghioi Theodoroi (St. Theodoroi) dated from the 17th century and the monastery of Dimiova where there is a celebration on August 15th that attracts many visitors.
