Limeni beach is a picturesque bay under the city of Areopolis in Mani. A 210m stretch of sand and an average width of 5m, Limeni beach is northwest oriented. The rocky off-shore has undergone several changes because of the houses that have been built there. It is not organized, but you can find a lot of taverns and rooms to let around. Yachts and fishing boats can anchor in the bay.
North of the beach there are subterranean springs and a small river emptying itself into the sea. This sandy beach has shallow crystal waters and for those who love risks, they can dive from the cliffs. It was declared bathing beach in 1990.Limeni Beach
