Leontio is a semi-mountainous village at an altitude of 350m with approximately 300 residents. It is located in the southern part of Corinthia prefecture, 53km from Corinth. Until 1928 it used to be called Lionti. The village’s main product is wine (as it happens for the whole Nemea region). Its location coupled with the local microclimate makes the perfect conditions for the production of agiorgitiko wine. In the surrounding area you will find many wine cellars the majority of which are open to public.
